The following are appencices for the “Briefing Kit” that the Center for Humanities Communication created for participants in its “Humanities Communication Convening” event on September 6, 2024, in Cambridge MA. One appendix is a
background portfolio designed to give a quick sense of ideas, resources, and activities in Science Communication for those in other areas who may be unfamiliar with the field; and the other is a more partial version of such a portfolio on the humanities and humanities communication.
